Visited recently to collect some items I ordered. Small shop, upon opening the door was greeted by a few older peoples waiting to be served. Long wait near 40minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Not the fault of the workers they seemed stuck dealing with the 'boomers' selling or buying goods with frivolous queries or problems working things out. Once I was served was quick and efficient. Suggest having delivered or visiting late afternoon. Website is great and easy to use.also.
Visited Taylah at Newcastle Gold Buyers today (9/1/26) who was excellent. She took time to explain the process of buying and selling metals in laymen’s terms which impressed me. I was thrilled with the price I received for my 9ct Gold Necklace I purchased some 25 years ago, that was just sitting around in my draw. I was paid in Cash. I also bought some Silver at the competitive rate. She actually saved me a trip to ABC in Sydney. Adrian and Taylah were very easy and informative to deal with. Took their time explaining what the processes were, in an unrushed, and easy to understand, manner. Very easy and relaxed transactions, for very fair prices. Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning to do further business with Newcastle Gold Buyers.
Went in to sell my old broken and unwanted jewellery because they pay (by far) the best prices around. Met the lovely staff Taylah and Branden who were great to talk to and knowledgeable on bullion. Walked out with these shiny bricks. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Have bought & sold with the guys here multiple times. They always give the best prices, so I dont bother checking around anymore. Very honest, too. I brought in a 10k chain, and they informed me it was 14k. Highly recommend.
