It's disappointing that when they promise a two week turn around, in reality it took them two months. However the worst part is if I left a message there would be no return call to the point I believe the job would have dragged on for much longer which shows the planning of the business needs a overhaul. The quality of workmanship is worth 5 out of 5 but their communication is worth a 1. Which dragged their score down.
Today I attended the office of Newcastle Roofing Supplies at Cardiff with an 'unusual' request. The guys in the office, Jay and Chris, went out of their way to help and assist me to find the product I wanted. They were great. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend or do repeat business with them.
Very happy with the work done by Newcastle Roofing Supplies. They were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, the work was carried out to a high standard, they cleaned up afterwards and they coordinated all the trades, we didn't have to do a thing. Such a relief. We had a terracotta tile roof restoration, new guttering and fascia boards. It looks fantastic, would definitely recommend these guys.
I contacted Newcastle Roofing for leaking issues. They very promptly responded and sent a tradesman who identified the issues and advised accordingly. The repairs and renovations were planned and carried out with little delay, the trades turned up when we were told and when rain delayed, we were advised promptly. We were very happy with the helpful and friendly tradies and the quality and finish looks great. I am confident that guarantee gives us peace of mind for the future of our home. I would unreservedly recommend Newcastle Roofing Supplies for advice, repair and renovation of their roofing. Thank you.
