I had a great experience with Newcastle Technology Services. I brought my laptop into Newcastle Technology Services after it started having problems and wasn’t working as it should. Sai was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what was wrong. He explained the issue clearly, gave honest advice, and had my laptop fixed much faster than I expected. Everything is running smoothly now. Great service and communication throughout — I’d definitely come back if I need help again.
After emailing , Sai returned my call promptly and could offer a house call the next day to help solve our internet woes. He assessed what we needed and after buying the mesh extenders had them successfully working and transmitting wi fi signal through our entire 4 storey house. His explanations were sufficient , without being condescending and he was respectful, arriving when we had agreed. Thanks Sai !
Absolutely recommend this place. Brought my wife's laptop in to get a repair quote for travel insurance. Sai was patient, professional and understanding while we waited for the insurer to approve the repayment, and got the laptop back up and running in no time.
