Highly recommend! Ben and Jake were so knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They asked clarifying questions as needed to ensure the project was completed exactly as I wanted. They were also kind (and kindly answered my many questions so I could better understand what was happening). He clearly explained how he would diagnose the problem and walked me through the repair process once he found the issue. The work was completed efficiently and neatly. Great service as always! Our technician, Jesh, was fantastic—professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire visit. We had an old, leaking sink that needed attention and ultimately decided to replace both the sink and faucet. I will add we went from a 2 bay sink to a one bay sink so the plumbing underneath needed to be reconfigured. Jesh clearly explained the scope of work and walked us through every step of the process. The job was handled with care and done right. The pricing was reasonable, especially compared to another quote we received from a different plumbing company who wanted pretty much double of the amount I paid! I have no complaints for the quality of work that was done. Jesh and Nichols make sure you are satisfied and will take care of you. Highly recommend—thank you Nichols and especially thank you to Jesh!
Our experience with Nichols representative was awesome.Ben professionalism was stellar. The electrical work was updated to code and was fast and efficient. I recently had a bathroom fan installed by Nichols and they did an excellent job. Nick S. came out and did the install and he did a great job. There was no fan before so he had to cut a hole in the ceiling and also in the roof. While it took a couple of days due to the roofer coming at an alternative day (not their fault), the finished product is excellent. Nick was very professional and always gave me a heads up if I needed to know something or if my input was needed. I would definitely reach out to them again for any electrical or plumbing issue that I am not able to handle.
