Nipper had great turn around time and professional staff. We called them at 8am and they were there by 10am. We had a small electrical fire the night before and they were quick on making the repair and getting our hot water turned back on during this cold time of year. Jorge was very professional and gave clear options on what we could do, and when he realized neither of those options were going to work after further investigation he was clear and honest with everything that was going on. He made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. This is the second time we have used Nipper and we would use them again.
We can not say enough good things about Nipper Electric and the customer service we received. The office staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Jorge was our electrician and he was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question that we had. He even took the time to speak with the cabinetry manager in order to provide exactly what was needed for the project installation. We were able to have our outlet installed while he was here. Certainly recommend Nipper to anyone looking for electrical services.
I can’t say enough good things about Nipper Electric — they didn’t just fix an electrical issue, they literally saved our family vacation. Right as I was boarding a flight to Hawaii, I got a call that our electrical panel had failed and the power company couldn’t safely reconnect the service because of the panel’s age. My mother-in-law was at home watching our dog in the middle of July with no AC — a nightmare scenario. Nipper Electric went above and beyond. The owner himself drove out that same day to personally inspect the situation and set up a safe, temporary solution so the power and air conditioning could be restored. Thanks to their urgency and professionalism, my mother-in-law could stay comfortably at home, and we didn’t have to cut our trip short. Once we returned, they completed the full panel replacement seamlessly, with clear communication and excellent workmanship. I was blown away by their commitment, integrity, and compassion throughout the process. If you need an electrician you can truly trust, call Nipper Electric. They’re the heroes you want when an unexpected problem strikes, and I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future electrical needs.
Nipper Electric installed a 240V EV charger for my new Tesla. They were on a short list of recommended electricians when I made the purchase. The entire process from initial quote to final installation went very smoothly. Good communications and professionalism. The price was fair and appropriate for the work that was performed.
I understand why they have a 4.9 review score. When the repairman for my dryer detected an issue with the 220 outlet he said I needed to have an electrician check the outlet and the breaker. Having read several recommendations on NextDoor for Nipper Electric I went to there website and made a Monday appointment between 8-5pm (made the appt Friday afternoon). A short time later I received a call from their office narrowing the anticipated arrival time to 2-4pm. I then received another message Monday morning that they could have a repairman come earlier which I gladly accepted. Cory arrived and listened to the issue and immediately went to work. When he examined the outlet he found a broken wire which he repaired. He checked the voltage after the repair and found it proper. Quick diagnosis and repair. I was so happy with the service I immediately called the office to schedule some electrical work at my daughter’s house. When I called to make the appointment I was told that they could send Cory over to her house. I then met Cory and explained a surge protector and a new outlet in the garage was desired. Corey explained what actions he would take and provided an estimate. After approval, he got right to work, cleaned up some issues he found from someone else’s work and finished the installations in a short time. My new go to Company and electrician!
