I have consistently had outstanding experiences at Nisa Medi Spa with Monique for a luxurious facial, body scrub, and radio frequency facial treatment. Monique is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to explain each step of the treatments, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, gentle approach, and attention to detail truly set her apart. The treatments were relaxing, effective, and tailored to my needs, and I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. I just would like to say what a lovely surprise. this little Medi-Spa was! Everything is so tastefully decorated - it’s very relaxing in there. Teagan completed my package today, which included a pomegranate cranberry body scrub. After I rinsed off, she did a little mini massage as she was putting oil on my skin. The different scents were great to smell, not overpowering at all. After the body scrub, Teagan did a mini facial with a mask. I was there about 75 and left feeling like a million bucks! Give Nisa Medi Spa a try! You’ll be pleasantly surprised.!
My husband convinced me to book with Nisa Spa as a treat for my birthday and I am so glad I booked it! The location was easy to find. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Farhana, and she swiftly prepped me for the treatment. At first, I wasn't sure if the shop would feel crowded or busy, but the space was very calming. It was 90 minutes of pure bliss! I got the scalp massage along with the mini facial. Farhana was warm, efficient, and professional. She gave an awesome scalp massage and I came home with extremely soft hair (I usually have very thick, dry, and coarse hair) and a very clean scalp. The mini facial was also a really nice treat! Skin was glowing afterwards. I'm waiting to come back for my next birthday!
I booked two Japanese Head spa treatments for my friend and I to celebrate her birthday last minute. They were amazing in fitting us in and the treatment was exactly what we hoped for! I had Tegan for my treatment and she did such an amazing job of explaining everything, including the products (I purchased the hair mask they used to take home) , and providing pure relaxation. After reflecting, the only thing I would suggest is to clarify that it is not only length but thickness of hair for the pricing. I booked based on length as the website described, however, I was charged extra long hair price in the end. I wish this was communicated ahead of time instead of at the time of paying. The service was so amazing over all and we will be back for another Japanese head spa with a facial next time!
Nisa Medi Spa is truly our family’s go-to, especially for my growing children’s acne treatments. The Aerolase machine works absolute magic on their acne breakouts, and the results have been amazing. Farhana, the owner, is incredibly attentive & genuinely cares about her clients’ needs. I truly believe she is one of the best aestheticians when it comes to operating this machine because no matter how advanced the technology is, without the right skill & expertise, it’s nothing. Highly recommended! Nisa Medi Spa is one of the best aesthetic clinics in Edmonton⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
