Awesome place to learn! Great coaches and people. If you ever want to start boxing or try out a class head over to Nito.
The gym is a great environment to be in, all good vibes! I had a great class with Coach Rysan, it’s an awesome way to learn basic skills & get a good workout in!!
Awesome facilities! They have great instructors and amazing classes for beginners and experts!!
I dropped in for a class Saturday morning and I am so happy I did! The staff was so welcoming, helpful and the class was so much fun! Training at different boxing gym humbles you so much and I really enjoyed my time with coach, Anu. Thank you, I hope to be back! The gym is on the side of the building, not store front. Drop in was $40.
If you’re local to Honolulu and box, or are a student of boxing visiting from out of town, go check out this gym! I dropped by this cozy boxing gym on a rainy Friday morning while visiting family in Honolulu and was blown away by this place. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was warm and welcoming— no egos here, thank goodness! The space is well appointed, with a variety of heavy bags, including the wrecking ball ones, speeds bags, and a weight training area. Looks like they may have gloves for use too, but I brought my own and didn’t inquire. Coach Mike started us out with some warm up and stretching, a little jogging and shadow boxing. The bulk of class was focused on partnered drills, mixing slips and rolls into the combinations which was EXCELLENT. This was the type of class I was hoping for! I learned quite a bit, and am thankful it never felt too advanced for me. (I took my first class back home at McConnell’s Boxing Academy in Portland only six months ago.) I’ll be taking some of these drills home to continue practicing. Class ended with a circuit of conditioning drills and mitt work with Coach Mike. All in all, excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be going back!
