Miranda was very friendly and courteous during our conversation. We encountered initial issues with the transaction related to the card used. Despite the need for follow-up calls, she maintained patience throughout the entire process. I also had the opportunity to communicate with Cindy via email regarding specific delivery instructions. She responded to me very promptly, and Miranda also called to reassure me that the instructions would be followed. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company if you require delivery services within the Norfolk, Virginia area. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the floral arrangement was very beautiful, surpassing my expectations. P.S. I was so pleased with my previous experience last week that I ordered another arrangement for my goddaughter's birthday. I cannot speak highly enough about Sandy & her team. My heart was so full when I went to pick up my bouquet for my wedding. I ordered My flowers from Solawood, but I wanted a cascading bouquet. I took It into Sandy and she said that she would try to do what I envisioned though nothing was promised, but every expectation I had was exceeded. She made sure I didn’t worry about it as I had enough other things to worry about. She went above and beyond and my bouquet was easily the most complimented detail of my wedding day.
