I am leaving this practice after 20 years because of Dr Blaess. Over the years, I have had minimal contact with her, because I was seeing the other dentist in the practice. Recently, I've had more interaction with her and I found her manner abrupt and I was witness to her belittling the office staff over a billing question in front of the patient. The other dentists that have been in the practice have been great. The hygienists have been good. The office staff is super nice. But Dr Blaess and her attitude are what is causing me to leave the practice.
I have been a patient with Northwoods Dental Spa since 2011. Before finding this practice, I'd suffered dental trauma at the hands of a dentist while serving on AD. Since 2011, I have been in great caring hands with this practice! The front staff is always courteous & the technicians are kind and competent. And there is just something about Dr Blaess' approach/style that leaves me confident and knowing, that I am getting her best and that I will not be traumatized (as I have had extensive work). If you're looking for a dentist and a practice, with professionals who is caring, competent and exceptional, I HIGHLY recommend this practice.
BEST dentist you will ever find in all of TX, Dr. Blaess has taken care of my entire family since 2010 and I would not changed her and her team for anyone else. They started with me, than my mom, then I had kids and they’ve treated us all and always run the extra mile in every treatment.
