It was my first time in a while to get Botox, and I was a bit nervous, but the staff were especially friendly and reassuring, which made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and almost painless. The results look natural, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’d definitely come back again — such kind and attentive service! :)
Have been coming to Nubo for about a year for Dysport with Sarina and couldn’t be happier with my results! She has wonderful energy and very knowledgeable. I wanted a natural but smooth and sculpted look and she always does a great job. Very easy to make appointments, and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend Nubo!
I had the most amazing Deluxe HydraFacial with Mel at Nubo Medical Spa in Berkeley! From start to finish, she made the whole experience so relaxing and personalized. She took the time to explain each step and tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. My face felt instantly smoother, hydrated, and glowy — honestly the cleanest my pores have ever been. Mel’s touch is gentle but thorough, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and calming — the perfect little escape. I left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to come back for my next facial. Highly recommend Mel if you want your skin to literally glow!!

LOVE Frozan at Nubo Spa I started seeing Frozan at Nubo Spa before my wedding for a little skin glow-up — and I’ve been coming back ever since! She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping you understand your skin. Thanks to her, I’ve learned how to better manage my oily skin and improve my overall skin health. Her hydro facials are amazing — my skin always feels clean, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. Throughout every treatment, she takes the time to explain what she’s doing, why it matters, and how to maintain results at home. The extractions aren’t always the most pleasant but she is skilled at helping me get through it each time. She’s also great about recommending products that actually work for my skin type, but she’s never pushy or makes me feel like I have to buy anything. The front desk team is always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Frozan at Nubo Spa to anyone looking to elevate their skincare routine or just treat themselves to a top-tier facial experience!
