The workers at this location in downtown Sac are phenomenal and know their stuff. Everything fitness, supplements, meal plans. You need advice? You’re stuck? Talk to them. Walk up and talk. They’re personable, and relatable. Niko is my absolute favorite!
I don’t go in often, but every time I do I leave feeling great. I typically go to utilize the body scan machine and whenever I do there’s a friendly staff to help conference about the results if wanted! Today I went in with a friend who needed guidance about protein and diet. Rebecca helped us and was great. We got lots of helpful information and my friend was able to pick some that aligned with her goals. Thanks for your time and friendly assistance Rebecca!
About a year and a half ago I went to these folks looking for what was my idea of a meal replacement shake. Before informing me on protein shakes or trying to sell me supplements they made sure I was eating correctly and put me up on a meal plan(free) to hit my calorie goals for the day. No idea this would change my health and my life for the better. Everyone here has extensive knowledge and a background in nutrition. Went in to find some supplements for weight loss and maintaining muscle, I was greeted at the entry way with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere, I didn’t know to much about supplements but the worker behind the counter Jordan was sweet and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and recommended gamma lean for the weight loss and a delicious protein synthesis for muscle maintenance. It was so easy and stress free, she also scheduled me in for a free meal plan and in body scan. I will definitely be returning for the superior service and knowledge.
As a person always on the go, I’m constantly forgetting quick little snacks to refuel my body. Nutrishop provides a wonderful selection of not only quick grab and go protein bars, but supplements of all kinds. Anytime I need recommendations for the best supplements regarding my fitness goals, the Nutrishop employees provide me with detailed knowledge of their product and how it will benefit me. I’ve purchased pre-workout, protein, grab and go snacks, etc. and have yet to be disappointed with any recommendation or product. The staff has even helped me create a meal plan centered around my fitness goals. I started seeing results just two weeks later. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome! Highly recommended :)
