I was told by the office staff that my insurance was accepted before my appointment, only to be billed later because they claimed it was inactive. I provided multiple cards and specifically asked them to confirm coverage before being seen—they said it was fine. Poor communication and lack of accountability. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Everything about my experience was amazing! Pre-appointment communications was on-point! The coordinator reached out to me after I submitted my request for an appointment online - same day - and secured me an appointment the same day and communicated every step clearly and checked my insurance eligibility an was very transparent and answered all my questions. Checking-In: Greeted warmly at check-in and gave me the run down of what to expect for today’s appointment - she is an example of how every clinic’s front staff should be (first and last impression - amazing). Treatment by Dr. Marshella Thomas - THE BEST! She is very dialed in - her consultation and assessment was paired with in-depth patient education that made me feel 100% secured with my treatment because her #1 priority above all else was my safety with treatment. She explained and talked through every step of the way before and during treatment. Was very clear with post-treatment and best practices. They followed up with email and reminders. The best experience all together!
I visited New York temporarily on holiday last month and suffered lower back pain. Because I was traveling to Orlando the next day (and was afraid there would be no chiropractor to assist in Orlando) I contacted a few clinics (and found Dr. Marshella Thomas after checking other patient reviews). Everything the prior reviews say are accurate. Dr. Marshella was so patient and took the time to analyze my situation, assist to alleviate the pain and provided excellent education and even reassured me that my home chiropractor is likely doing a good job. She had the patience and treated me like a long time patient even while knowing that I was in town for a short time and may not be returning. Clinic was also clean and easy to find as a first time visitor. Highly recommended!
Dr. Thomas and Brian are an amazing team! Dr. Thomas is an incredible chiropractor—she listens, explains everything clearly, and her adjustments have greatly improved my mobility.
