Went to the "Geniuses" at the Apple store who told me to buy a new phone to replace my 2 years old iPhone 7. Went to a local iPhone repair shop who charged me $35 to tell me they couldn't fix it. Found NYC Mobile Device Doctors on Yelp and made an appointment. Danny had my phone fixed by the end of the day. That was a few months ago and my phone is working flawlessly. Since then I've brought my boss's phone, and a few friends' phones, all repaired perfectly. Danny is great! Highly recommended.
Excelente servicio; lograron reemplazar la pantalla LCD de mi Galaxy S9+ en menos de 30 minutos y ahora mi teléfono parece nuevo otra vez, ¡gracias! Incluso me dieron una garantía de 90 días por si pasa algo. Estos tipos son LEGÍTIMOS y utilizan piezas oficiales del fabricante, no las piezas baratas de terceros que encontrarás en la mayoría de los otros talleres de reparación. Cuesta un dineral, pero vale la pena si ya estás dispuesto a pagar por reparaciones de teléfonos. Tendrás que hablar con la seguridad de MetLife antes de subir, solo para que lo tengas en cuenta. También tienen una agradable sala de espera para que esperes.
I recommend this place! : ) My beloved Motorola MotoX Pure Edition's battery broke, after nearly 2 years, and I needed a new battery installed. I contacted NYC Mobile Device Doctors when I found they had high ratings on Google. Abraham - who seemed to be the owner - seemed a bit blunt in telling me I was asking questions I asked on the phone again in-person (because it was my first time using such a service and I wanted to make sure I understood all the details of the service correctly), but I suppose being assertive and clear comes with "meeting a lot of different (kinds of) people", like he said. Overall, customer service was very nice at this place. My total cost came to about $98 (cost of new battery and cost of installation), and I was happy that Abraham excused me $3 since I was a little short of money on my credit card. The new battery arrived exactly within 3 business days, like he said, and installation was fast and smooth, taking less than the supposed one hour. I especially liked that, when Danny/Dani (the tech) had finished installing the new battery, contrary to what I was warned about, there was no "gap" on any sides of the phone's back casing. It has been about a week now since then, and the battery is working great so far, and there are no problems or issues with any of the phone's other components either, like I feared. I hope it lasts. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone! They work on other electronic devices too, so check 'em out! Thank you, Abraham and Danny/Dani. : )
Manhattan IPhone repair reparó la pantalla agrietada de mi iPhone en menos de 10 minutos. Fueron súper amables y mi teléfono se ve como nuevo. This company did an excellent job at fixing my iPhone 5s which I dropped and cracked the glass and the touch screen was broken as well. They quickly restored my phone and their service was definitely a fair price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their phone fixed quickly and done the right way!
