I have been working with Oak Harvest for over 4 years since retiring. I evaluated about a half a dozen financial firms and selected them based on their exceptional fiduciary advisory services and responsiveness to me. I continue to highly recommend Oak Harvest and refer perspective clients. Oak Harvest has financial expertise and staff available in all retiree areas such as investments, annuities, insurance, tax planning, etc. They are very responsive having client concierges available when I call to help complete transactions such as account set-ups, investment transfers, etc or provide further guidance from experts within the firm. I always get a live person quickly when I call, no automated telephone system first. Overall Oak Harvest provides a much higher service level and broader client support on all aspects of retirement based on my experience versus the large brokerage firms management services. They have excellent, easy to use online tools for financial, risk, budget and tax planning with great tech support. Their weekly market and retirement sessions by Troy and Chris are very helpful. Once Oak Harvest sets up the investments after retirement, essentially its "set it and forget it" for me in terms of my effort now. This also provides me peace of mind from a financial investment decision perspective since they track the market and rebalance my portfolio accordingly versus me to optimize return on investment. Oak Harvest does perform annual reviews with me for taxes, investment performance and my personal plan changes which I find very helpful. Thank you Oak Harvest for a job well done.
Just started using Oak Harvest 6 months ago for managing our retirement assets. My wife was very apprehensive with regards to changing our financial advisor. We scheduled an initial appointment with Oak Harvest where we met Troy Sharpe. During this meeting Troy was super attentive to our needs, asked many questions and in the end opened our eyes to the financial possibilities that we were not aware before. For our second meeting, he prepared a financial plan, went over all details and showed us how we could retire comfortably earlier than we have originally thought.
