It makes us come back and play more games while collecting credits for a more significant prize that we'll be happy with. My niece likes grabbing machines when she was in Japan. This place is like bringing that experience to a different culture. It's a beautiful dream and big endeavour. I hope places like these survive and thrive.
I’ve been a loyal customer at OctoZone for over two years and have always enjoyed my visits. However, I was very disappointed during my most recent experience. I won a toy from one of the claw machines, but it fell beside the prize hole rather than directly into it. Despite clearly winning, the staff member on duty (around 3 PM, Asian male with short hair) informed me that management does not allow them to honour prizes in this situation. In the past, similar situations were resolved fairly, and prizes were honored. It’s frustrating to see inconsistency in how these cases are handled, especially when other customers have experienced the same issue. As a long-time and loyal patron, I hope management will consider being consistent and fair in honoring legitimate wins. It’s small gestures like this that build trust and encourage customers to keep returning.

The space is located on Yonge, near the Eaton Center and several other businesses, as well as close to the Dundas subway station. Regarding accessibility, the location has automatic opening and closing doors, smooth floors, a seamless entrance, and ample space for movement, suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, and other aids. OCTO has a huge variety of machines, with various items, including stuffed animals, keychains, and other decorative items, as well as a display area. Upon arrival, there is a space with shopping carts for you to take your items, a cashier for purchasing coins, and information. It is well worth a visit.
A very cool concept of a big decorated shop with many machines with robotic hand to collect surprises. The nice thing about it - they are fair and you understand your low-mid chances to win by a written statement on the machine. Recommend!!!
