We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Rebekah and Austin training our 5-month-old lab puppy, Daphne. From the start they were kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they made us feel confident that Daphne was in the best hands possible. In addition to her weekly lessons, Daphne completed a 2-week board and train, and we were so impressed with how comfortable and happy she was throughout the entire process. Rebekah and Austin treated her like their own and kept us updated so we never had to worry. Knowing she felt safe, cared for, and was having fun made the experience completely stress-free for us. We loved the daily updates of photos and videos! The progress Daphne made in just two weeks was amazing, and she came home with better manners, improved focus, and a huge boost in confidence. We appreciated that they took the time to tailor everything to Daphne’s age and personality and also offered tips to help her adjust with her senior dachshund brother. They also did a great job teaching US how to maintain the training at home, explaining things clearly and patiently. Rebekah has followed up with us as well to make sure Daphne is still doing well and making progress! What really sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners and our success. We are so grateful to Rebekah and Austin and couldn’t recommend them more to anyone considering dog training, especially a board and train for a young puppy. Daphne came home happier, more confident, and set up for long-term success.
Austin was our trainer for the two week board and train program. He was the best! I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was, but I'll try to capture it in this post. Communication was always strong, and I knew my pupper Ghibli was taken care of (2yr old American Akita). Training stuck for sure, and the two weeks flew by. It's now a month since the training and I am in love with how obedient and sweet he's become. I can tell in his eyes that he loves when i get the treats out for his daily walks and training sessions. I can only thank Austin for Ghibli's positive association with all aspects of training. My other older dog joins now, and she is receptive to the training methods Austin showed us on pickup day. Now going out with the dogs is no longer a headache, it's a genuine bonding experience. Thanks Austin!!!
Head trainer Austin was our 11 month old American bully, Bo’s board and train trainer and is also our 5 year old pocket bully, Winnow’s aggression package trainer. Bo’s board and train went better than I was anticipating. Austin kept us updated with videos and detailed what progress Bo was making that day. You could tell through video Austin took extra care and time to create a relationship with Bo and most importantly made training fun! Bo learned all basic commands, came home with a calmer demeanor and learned how to walk on leash past distractions. It’s been awesome to have Bo home and continue building on the strong foundation Austin has created for us. I also really appreciated how simply and easy drop off and pick up was. Austin spent over an hour for both days answering any questions I had + going over how to do commands properly. Winnow is still in the middle of her aggression training , she is highly leash/dog reactive. So far I’m super happy with her progress. It’s a ton of homework and using what you learn from the classes in your daily training sessions but Austin is incredibly easy to talk to and learn from. I can also see he too cares about helping Winnow overcome her fear/reactivity and has been available to call or text when I have questions regarding her. Overall I’m so glad I not only found Off Leash K9 but also that I get to work with head trainer Austin!
Had my five month old bull terrier spend two weeks with Austin in order to get some dedicated training. Austin kept me updated on progress through text messages, pictures, and short videos. Upon picking my dog up, Austin took time to run me through the commands my pup practiced which we've continued working on at home. My dog has also taken individual classes with Rebecca which have been great. I highly recommend Off Leash K9 for your dog training needs. They're responsive, personable, and care about what they do peraining to training.
Rebekah is absolutely amazing. It is very clear how much she genuinely cares about not only the dogs she works with, but the families they come from. She helped our boy gain so much confidence and truly brought out the best in him. You could tell he genuinely had so much fun too. Her patience, communication, and dedication made the entire process enjoyable and easy to follow. We always felt supported and informed, and we could tell how much she wanted to see Bourbon succeed. Thanks to her, he’s more confident, responsive, and happy — and so are we!
