You do realize that there are other cellphones out there besides the iphone? They're are plenty of us out here who don't bow down to all things Apple. How does your store not carry a single cellphone case for a Samsung device?
I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to ARIANA who assisted me. From the very first moment, she was incredibly sweet, kind and caring and she made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality turned a simple service experience into something genuinely special. It's rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and it truly shows. I sincerely hope the company recognizes her dedication and appreciates what an amazing asset she is. She absolutely deserves it.
I went in to ask some questions and hopefully do some printing. After being blatantly ignored and allowed to be cut in line, the associate was extremely dismissive and told me that they did not have the paper I desired in the print center, and that they can not print anything smaller than 8.5x11. I was directed to the back of the store to find my own paper without any assistance. To my surprise, when arriving to the East Sacramento location, all of those things were untrue. The paper, size and service were all available behind the (smaller than Arden) print center. I wish I could give a zero star.
OfficeMax is not like what it used to be. The store doesn’t carry lots of products they usually have. But I’m glad they still have the items I’m looking for. The store still has most office furniture, office supplies, printers, and printer supplies. This is good enough for me to get some stuff immediately!
Great customer service. Special thanks to Austin she is always so patient and kind and understanding. I’ve come in with a few print issues and she always willing to help me get things figured out; her patience is unmatched in the customer service world; we lost a few office max locations and they have changed up the way the print area does things which complicates things for the customer and the customer service rep but Austin has found a resolution to each situation we arrive at, definitely love this location and the environment; wonder welcoming location that helps me out with all my print needs from business card to posters stickers and obituaries; I’ve printed every thing here at this location and I’m always happy when Austin is helping me
