Easy in and out. Free wheelchairs. Staff super friendly and helpful. The galleries are clean, smell nice and are plenty roomy, even on abusy day. Admission is a bit high imho, but still a nice visit.
This was my first trip to the museum. And it was amazing. I had a private tour from Josh. His knowledge of every piece, and every gallery was exceptional. I learned so much from him. Every interaction with other staffers were welcoming and very friendly. I believe that everyone, no matter your age visit the Oklahoma City Museum. There's a gift shop, and food service that will appeal to all tastes.
We had a fantastic time at the museum. We went to the special exhibit they had for Ansel Adams, and I didn't expect the exhibit to be as large as it was. They have a variety of his photos spanning the length of his life as well as photos other took of Ansel. We also stopped by the permanent Chihuly exhibit, and they have several pieces I've never seen before. It's a fantastic selection, and we hope to come back again
Lots of available parking, but you have to pay. It was a little confusing for us to figure out where the entrance was. We mistakenly went in first to the store. Then the theater. We finally figured out the correct entrance. The exhibits were wonderful. There are three stories, an exhibit on each. Nice layout, well lit.
