Good when you’re in person, but they absolutely are unprofessional with returning phone calls. I know this is Atlanta culture, but it’s not cool at all. Especially concerning the health of children. I have received your response to this review, and I was also able to speak with someone named Mrs. Danielle today who resolved all of our needs. Thank you guys so much.
We love dr Platner so much! We’ve been with him since my son was a few months old ( he’s now 4). Honestly highly recommend i just feel like he’s always hearing me out about my concerns and providing me with an answer and that’s what i feel like matters the most.
Dr. Barnett is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable in her field of pediatrics. She answered all of my questions about my son. She is also courteous, professional, and very pretty I might add. We've seen various doctors at Old Fourth Ward, and they are all great by the way, but Dr. Barnett is our favorite, so we see her now for checkups each year. I am very grateful to have Old Fourth Ward Pediatrics as my son's provider. I wish Dr. Barnett a healthy and safe delivery of her second baby! 😀 We look forward to seeing her again whenever we need her. XOXO
We were very pleased with the doctor’s bedside manner and attentiveness. The concern I have is with the front desk. Unfortunately this behavior is happening more and more where the front staff are extremely rude to patients. The front desk lady responded to questions in a condescending manner as if we were annoying her and it was not her job to assist. Just very unnecessary behavior when patients just want to get quality care for their children. Hopefully this is addressed.
The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. Dr. Barnett is absolutely Excellent! She is quite friendly, personable and informative. She made my son feel very comfortable during his physical as she educated him about his growing body. I was very pleased with our visit. Thanks, Old Fourth Ward Pediatrics!
