I am currently living in apartment B303, and I want to express my deep frustration with the management at Helm Apartments. From day one, my unit was delivered with a broken refrigerator, completely non-functional, which makes the apartment essentially uninhabitable. I’ve been waiting more than a week for a replacement, and although I was told it would be installed today (Saturday), once again it did not happen. Now I’m being told it may be Tuesday or Wednesday. In the meantime, I cannot store any food, everything spoils, and I am living in conditions that do not match what I am paying for. This is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful toward residents. I am requesting an immediate solution, as well as a rent reduction or any realistic options while the refrigerator remains unreplaced. The apartment is not in adequate condition, and I need a serious and prompt response.
DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. We are former residents of their Avenue 25 property in Phoenix and I cannot stress enough how awful they are. When it was time for us to move out we gave the appropriate notice to which they gave us the move out paperwork. Along with this they told us we would be automatically charged certain cleaning fees. The reasoning for this was to make sure each unit had "the same level of cleaning for new tenants, even though our unit was dusty and smelled of cat urine when we moved in. This was not stated in our contract that we would be automatically charged for this and but only a checklist of what we would be charged if we did not clean certain items. They chose not to include these charges after I threatened legal action for breaching the contract. We were then told the prorated amount of rent we would owe would be taken out of our deposit and the remainder would be returned to us, which we expected. Unfortunately for us, they misallocated our deposit which resulted in them believing we still owed money to them to which they sent us to collections without even informing us of a the bill! This was a week after we had moved out that we got the notice of a collection on our accounts. When I called their manager to ask what happened and why the charge was not taken from our deposit she signed the question and said there was nothing they could do, which is not the case. So unless you want enjoy dealing with an incompetent management and corporate team while living in an unclean home, do not live on any property run by this team. This review would be negative star if possible.

No communication again regarding the incident that occurred on September 18, 2025, and the ongoing delay in communication from your legal department. I have left multiple messages and sent several emails over the past month without any response. On September 18, 2025, at approximately 6:18 PM, I slipped and fell in the trash chute room. I immediately notified the property at 6:24 PM and was advised via email to submit photos, which I did. The following morning, I informed the maintenance technician, who confirmed he was cleaning the area and stated the substance causing the fall was fabric softener. Prior to this incident, my treating physician had provided a letter recommending early lease termination due to medical reasons. I had also previously reported multiple issues and concerns with the property. Following the fall, I spoke with Cisa, who stated she submitted my medical documentation to her manager and later confirmed that my early lease termination request was approved. However, she later informed me that approval was conditional upon my agreement not to pursue legal action regarding the fall. She also stated that the property would not be liable for my injuries and advised me not to seek medical attention. As a result of the fall, I sustained multiple bruises on my legs and a laceration on my arm. Due to my ongoing medical condition, I am now required to move into a care facility. I am simply seeking to terminate my lease early without penalties, as initially approved, in light of my physician’s recommendation and these circumstances. This ongoing lack of communication has caused me unnecessary stress and hardship. I respectfully request a written response within 5 business days confirming my lease termination and any necessary next steps to finalize this matter.
This property group manages my apartment in Austin, they are very prompt with service requests and are always responsive and helpful. You’re able to text resident assistants directly which is much more user friendly than logging in and out of resident portals. Service workers were friendly and very efficient.
I love living in Olympus Corsair! Waking up every morning in a resort-style apartment complex. The leasing office is always so welcoming and helps find solutions when needed. Service requests and maintenance issues are always being handled and resolved in a timely manner. The amenities are usually cleaned and well-maintained, and the airport noise is surprisingly unnoticeable. The parking situation is great, never had an issue with either my car or guests. Good location for students, close enough to everything in the city, and Uber to downtown is easy if you're young and want to go out! I love the monthly events and hope to have more of these, it's a great way to connect with neighbors, and I actually made great connections here. My favorite part of the complex is the co-working area where I can study and work remote, it makes my life way more convenient.
