Wow! I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. I have been searching for the right spa/wellness center in northern New Jersey/NYC Metro for the last several years and nothing compares to om life! The space is beautiful, clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and products. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and masters of their craft. This place is second to none- If you haven’t checked this place out, you are missing out! Thank me later :-) I can’t wait for my next appointment!
This facility is small but mighty! Excellent IR sauna and I know they have many other wellness practices im excited to check out. I especially love chatting being able to play music via Bluetooth in the sauna, which makes the time fly by.
Om. Life is my favorite place to take care of myself. The services are incredible well served at the front desk by Anand until I leave. I had the opportunity to have many services such as float, sound healing with Kat ( she’s wonderful and guides me through the process, and I had profound healings in her sessions) sauna infrared, massage, and events. I highly recommend this place. I always feel welcome and comfortable, and the place is cozy! If you are looking connecting, healing, and caring for yourself. This is the right place! I love going to OM.life!
Five stars!!! I went to om life with my husband and loved our experience here! They have a wide variety of modalities to help with your overall wellness. The owner, Anand, is so kind and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our visit. Clean space, caring team, excellent results. Highly recommend :)
I recently visited om.life Wellness Modern Recovery Spa in Jersey City, and it was absolutely fantastic! Tucked away in the city, this place is a true hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and thorough in explaining all the procedures. The ambiance exudes good vibes, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I started with the flotation therapy, which was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Floating there felt like drifting in outer space, completely serene and detached from the world. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Following the flotation, I opted for a sauna session before taking a cold plunge. The cold plunge was exhilarating, and the staff was exceptionally supportive, guiding me through it when it got challenging. Overall, my visit to om.life was wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone in Jersey City or Lower Manhattan. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate.
