Got a haircut and asked for a trim, i asked for an inch max, and i had existing layers so i asked him not to cut too much off. My hair was botched. I work at a job that requires me to have my hair up and i had been super busy so it took me a week to realize but i realized that it's not even blended. He also cut off 3 inches. I reached out to them and they said they could fix it but I already had my wedding and had to get it professionally fixed for 150$ which they did a great job and i highly recommend anyone going to salvage salon in NP! Anyways, since OMNIA messed up my hair already, i wasn't going to ask them to fix it because that was a big risk i wasn't willing to take. I asked for a refund which was 90$ for a cut and wash and they refused and said "how do we know that another salon didn't mess up your hair and it was us" as if i would do that, feel free to check the cameras to see how bad he cut it :) Customer service could use a lot of help and their services in general. if i were you, i would look elsewhere because the prices plus level of skill are not of equal value at all.
I have recently gotten my hair dyed and cut and your stylist Vivian did such an amazing job! I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to say what a great time I had with Vivian. I was looking for an exact shade of brown that I wanted for my hair and she accommodated and constantly checked on me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She made the experience so comfortable and she was so easy to talk to. I really couldn’t recommend her more!
I visited Omnia Salon this morning. I had a terrible haircut several months ago and wanted to have it fixed. I was fortunate enough to have May cut my hair. She did such a beautiful job Prior to coming in my hair was very choppy and uneven. She gave me the most perfect cut, and I was so pleased! I highly recommend this salon. I'm sure all of the stylists are fantastic, but trust me when I say ask for May! Thank you May for doing such a beautiful job on my hair! You were kind and sweet and I really appreciate you!! 🩷
Love this salon! May is an amazing hair stylist! She knows exactly what I need and want in terms of my hair style. She is very pleasant and professional. Price is also great! Thank you 🙏
We called this morning and the Salon was able to get us in within an hour. So convenient! My 14 yr old wanted her same style, just shorter, and for her bangs to stay the same length (she’d trimmed them already). Vivian did a great job and my daughter was very happy with the cut. We will be back.
