I had a wonderful experience at Ona Skincare East this week. It was a series of fabulous first. I met the staff who were welcoming and knowledgeable. Bri performed my Diamond Glow facial and my skin feels amazing. I am looking forward to returning for additional services.
Emily is an excellent facial aesthetician. She consistently recommends treatments and products that are truly tailored to my skin, and it’s clear how knowledgeable she is about all the options available. She always makes thoughtful, well-informed recommendations and is happy to provide samples so I can try something first and see how my skin responds. Most recently, she introduced me to a new therapy called buckling to help relieve tension in the mouth and jaw. She gave me a trial session, and it was fantastic—it noticeably helped relieve tension along my jawline. I would absolutely recommend this treatment to anyone who carries stress or tension in their jaw. Emily is wonderful, and I always feel well cared for in her hands.
Hands down the absolute best!! Feels like family there! The entire staff is friendly welcoming and engaging! And Melissa is a masterful artist. She truly listens to your concerns and what you want, helps you come up with a plan and does just that. I always leave feeling heard and getting exactly what I came for. She’s worth every minute of the hour drive it takes me to get there!
I never thought that I would be the sort of person that regularly goes to a medspa, but I’ve been going to Ona Skincare in East Nashville for over four years. The staff is always lovely, the service (and results) are always on point, and I’m really excited about the expanded services that they have recently started offering. It’s not always easy to go into an office and say what your concerns actually are, especially as we age, and I never worry about that with Ona and the staff. They’re a staff of very knowledgeable women and I always feel like I am heard and in good hands with them.
I have been going to Emily for skin treatments for six months and she has totally transformed my skin. She monitors my skincare routine based on the seasons, weather, my travel schedule so I get the most out of my skincare between visits. At each visit, she assesses my needs at that point in time and tailors the service to what I’m needing that day. She is patient with my questions and together we’ve got a long-term plan for keeping my skin healthy and looking its best. I trust her guidance completely - what Emily says goes! Ona itself is clean, bright, and a total delight to visit. Every single person on staff is extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. I visit the East Nashville location and I am so happy to have them as my neighbors!
