We moved our business accounts from a large firm to One Accounting and it's been a great move. Moving our acounts across was seamless and the training and support getting set up on Xero with David was excelllent. We are really impressed with the support and service we receive from Neil and Craig. Wish we had moved sooner.
Avoid at all costs! Using this accounting firm for payroll, bookkeeping, and year-end accounts was one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my business. Not only were there repeated mistakes in supplier payments, but they also overcharged for their own invoicing errors—something they only acknowledged after I challenged them. Neil’s incompetence has left my business in financial disarray, with a shocking lack of visibility into our accounts. To top it off, they’ve refused to release accurate and paid-for financial data, effectively holding it hostage. This has caused unnecessary stress and additional costs to rectify their mess. Completely unprofessional and unreliable—stay far away from this firm if you value your business!
Has been a pleasure working with Neil, Laura and the overall One Accounting team in our business journey, starting as a partnership and helping us through the conversion process to a limited company. The team have helped us massively with all of our self assessments, tax returns and general running of the business.
