Sadly terrible service and very expensive! $45 each to hem 3 pairs of cotten blend casual trousers. Go elsewhere!

Took in10 pairs of pants to be taken up on Friday the 22nd of August, and were ready on Tuesday the 26th of August. Excellent service by the Gentleman who served me and who also did the job (unfortunately I don't know his name). Thank you.

Terrible, I would not recommend or use. The business name is One Hour Hem Shop, you don't get One Hour turnaround time unless you pay extra per item. I didn't need that so ok. I dropped in 3 pants to be hemmed to same length on Saturday and said I'd pickup Monday. The advised I'd get a sms when ready. No sms received I called to confirm before heading there to pickup, upon checking they'd stiched one pair with black thread when all the seams are white thread. After trying on all three only one was hemmed to ok standard. One the length was completely wrong and the other, the two legs were different lengths. Nice enough staff member re-pinned them and confirmed they'd be available in a couple days time. Again no SMS and I called again and upon picking them up and trying them on I was very frustrated that they were wrong again. Considering they had almost a week for this job and wrong twice terrible. One pair is ruined I took them to another shop for second opinion and confirmed the job done was terrible and ruined the pants. Walk out of the shop with items and about 5 minutes later you'll get the SMS to say your item is ready for collection. As you can see in the attached photos the hem isn't straight, the tension on the needle has stuffed up the fabric putting in visible holes. You can see the original attempt also. Pants ruined. Side note also expensive 40+ dollars for each pair of pants to be hemmed.

These people ruined my new jeans drop it over for hem last Thursday the girl on the counter told me to come the next day. It was ok I’m not in hurry told her no rush I’ll come past in the afternoon. The charges was $48.00 dollars just for hemming. Have a look guys see what they did to my new jeans pants. I’ll take my pants somewhere else. Lumpy stitches 🧵 they have destroyed my pants I’m so upset with these people. I used to go there few years ago the job was done properly and professionally They’ve changed the owner I guess. Very poor customer service Zero ⭐️. I wouldn’t recommend this place not worth for the money.
