Great drinks but over charge you bought 3 soju at 14.99 and was charged 53$ that’s more than it should have been with tax and amazing karaoke but still over charge you was told I was given a discount by the employee at the end of the night for the vip room since we didn’t make a reservation but realized I was still charged the vip room rate. My family ordered more drinks they came out with a 10$ up charge for no reason. Had so much fun in the private room tho for my brothers Birthday make reservations so you don’t have to pay extra for the vip unless you want that cuz it’s a huge room perfect for a big party! Either way we had fun but make sure you look at your receipts and calculate your tax plus alil extra you will be spending more than what’s promised.
Aric is an absolute rockstar! I was in San Antonio for a work conference and brought some clients here for dinner and karaoke, and Aric took the entire experience to another level. His customer service is unmatched, he checked on us constantly, made thoughtful recommendations, and made sure every detail was taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. The food was incredible, the vibes were perfect, and the karaoke setup was a blast… but what truly made the night memorable was Aric’s hospitality. He made my clients feel valued and taken care of, which means everything in my line of work. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, great energy, and a team that actually cares about your experience, this is the place, and Aric is the guy you want looking after you. Didn't eat here - just used the karaoke rooms. They are connected to screens that have YouTube so you can pick ANY song you want as long as it's on YouTube!! The owner was really nice and offered us a room even though others had a reservation, but they didn't show up. I can't wait to come back again to eat and sing it up!
We went to One Pocha and the food was great. As with most all you can eat places, the prices were a bit high, but otherwise, great food. If we come back, we will definitely do the individual meal instead of the all you can eat.
Went in to order the yukgaeyang and tofu seafood stews and they were bland and there was no brisket found! They also claimed the yukgaeyang had brisket but there was nothing. Also ordered corn cheese and it was just mayo and cheese.. no flavor. Bad food is one thing but the service was bad. Waitresses got upset that we did not like the food. Also there was a basket with cabbage soaking on the floor in an open space right next to their restroom. Major health violations going on.. terrible!
