I have shopped online . It’s a really lovely website. Customer service is excellent, they took the time to give me a quick call to check my order . I appreciated the attention to detail. My orders have always arrived promptly and are packed really nicely. I will continue to shop here as there is always something that catches my eye ! Great for jewellery. Bought a lovely silk scarf which was a hit as a Christmas gift .
I would like to give One World Shop a 5 Star review. The quality of service has been beyond excellent 😁. I visited the shop a few weeks ago. They did not have the item that I wished to purchase in stock, so they offered to advise me when they had it again, for me to order. I inadvertently left a bag in their store, which I didn't have time to retrieve before my scheduled train departure from Edinburgh. They agreed to post my bag and contents to my home once my order was in stock. I will definitely shop here again: excellent quality ethical products and first class service. Thank you so much. Xxx
What a lovely and beautiful shop with a lot of interesting and most of all fair products. Really friendly staff always willing to talk about the projects behind the products. A little hidden downstairs from the road but worth a visit.
I recently received an email from the One World Shop showing some beautiful glass earrings, made in Chile. They were unusual and very attractive, so I ordered one pair for a birthday present and one for me! They arrived promptly, beautifully and carefully wrapped, and are very special. It is really great to be able to buy - and wear - jewellery which is so attractive and a little different......and Fair Trade! The One World Shop is brilliant - it's a great place to visit in person and the staff are so friendly and helpful - but it is also easy to buy items online. I really recommend it.
Wonderful shop full of amazing ethical products. One of my favourite shops. Whether visiting in person after a coffee in the wonderful red cockerel cafe or shopping online I highly recommend the shop for friendliness as well as a wonderful array of goods
