The owner is awesome. Very inviting and friendly. I have 6 daughters so dress shopping for events is a regular thing for me and have been to several others from Southside to Charlottesville. I enjoyed the personal attention that our party was given with a pretty large selection of beautiful dresses and not the high speed pressure of other shops or their higher prices. Lola attended to us and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable and made the decision making easier with her subtle opinions of each choice we went through. Amazing place 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for the same experience.
Amazing experience. I walked in and had no idea what I was doing. I told Michelle what I was looking for and I gave her my budget. She was fantastic! Someone give her a raise, seriously. She let me try on so many dresses and then re-try on them again until I found the one I wanted. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a high quality dress that will last you for a long time!
Absolutely amazing staff, the girl who helped me was so so kind and funny and I could just talk to her all day. My favorite dress wasn’t one I picked out but one that she did. She picked amazing dresses without me having to tell her anything about my style, she just immediately picked up on it. And my dress is beautiful! (Emily’s the girl who helped me)
My daughters Senior prom and we found “THE” dress stress free! The young lady helping us, as you can see in the picture, was just as excited as my daughter was! They have a HUGE selection and the dresses are all very nice quality. This young lady was so sweet and extremely helpful, my daughter made the comment when we left she loved how they actually help you with everything. Extremely good customer service. We searched and searched for the perfect prom dress yet my picky child did not seem to like any dress we saw. So out of desperation I conducted a Google search and found Onlineformals dress boutique. I was kinda of skeptical at first only because of the name online. I didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, the staff greeted us at the door. Everyone was professional, attentive and catered to our needs. The experience was similar to a fashion show of young girl's looking for the perfect look. We found the perfect dress! Steve and his staff are amazing!!
