I had a plumbing problem and contacted ONYX to get someone to come out and fix it for me. After I placed the request, I got an immediate response from ONYX and set up an appointment for the next morning. The plumber arrived on time, very nice guy. I showed him the shower head that was not working in the bathroom. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the parts with him. proceeded to get it fixed, showed me exactly what he did when he finished. He was quiet and efficient. I work from home and I appreciate that. He was in and out in no time. Very happy with the service and the quality of work.
The plumber sent out by property management was very informative, quick, and efficient. He took care of all the issues in a timely manner. Very satisfying experience.
I had a great experience with Fernando B who was assigned to handle one of my maintenance requests last week. He was very friendly and professional, and addressed my questions/concerns related to that request. Really appreciated his help!
Our agent Jacqueline was a no show to our scheduled appointment and we received absolutely NO communication until I called the number on the sign outside of the property to which someone tried to reach her and was not able to reach her. My family and I just wasted our time, and the area was not worth the price of the property. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know due to the lack of professionalism and communication.
Working with Onyx property has made my move to San Diego Awesome ! I was greeted by Cynthia and she absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the property. I’m truly grateful for her sharing her knowledge of San Diego’s best taco shops, the Onxy team truly cares about their community !!!
