I’ve been getting the vitamin injections at Optimal Wellness & Recovery, and I can honestly say they’ve made such a difference! I have more energy and just feel so much better overall. This is an amazing place. So many options to help you relax, heal and feel rejuvinated. The staff is very nice, friendly, attentive and make you feel comfortable. They are helpful and explain each service that is provided so that one can use what is beneficial to each individual. Pricing is great!!! And hours are accommodating since they are open all week. Great place to teachers to relax after a long work week.
I Love coming to Optimal!! The environment is so welcoming and everyone is so nice! My laser treatments with Alexis are awesome! She’s always so thorough and makes sure to keep my appointments on time. It was my first time ever doing laser and she always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease! Ashely is a pro at filler, you can tell she loves what she does! I highly recommend optimal for any of your wellness needs!

Each station is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, ready to guide you if it’s your first time trying something. My favorites are the massage chairs and red light therapy—they leave me feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on my next workout. Whether you’re an athlete or just looking to improve your overall wellness, this place has it all. I can’t recommend it enough!
