I had a global colour with Esther, she is very knowledgeable and provided me advice on what colour would best suit me and how to maintain hair health going forward. I also had a complimentary hair treatment and massage done by Noemi which was incredible. Noemi also did an amazing cut and style and I’m really pleased with the results. The salon is also lovely. Would definitely return and recommend.

I’ve been going to Pontus and the team for about five years now, and honestly, the service is phenomenal every single time. I completely trust Pontus with my hair – he just gets it, every cut and colour is perfect, and he always gives great advice. The whole team is lovely, and you can tell they have an amazing work culture. Their apprentices are so well-trained and genuinely cared for, which really shows in how confident and professional they are. Ellen has looked after me the last couple of visits and she’s fantastic – friendly, skilled, and makes you feel completely at ease. I always leave feeling happy, looked after and loving my hair. Easily the best salon experience I’ve ever had.
I had my first visit to Orb salon today and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Gabe was my colourist & stylist. He was absolutely amazing, he really listened to what I wanted, gave me great advice, and worked his magic to achieve the perfect colour. The results are better than I imagined. The whole team was warm, professional, and made the experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend Orb Salon enough!
My experience was incredible! I highly recommend this salon to everyone, especially those with curly hair. When I called up to book a last minute appointment, Ella was so helpful and was able to book me in last minute. She was very clear about the process regarding the quote and she listened to all my concerns. She spoke very highly of the stylist who completed my colour and haircut. I arrived a few minutes late to the appointment but the salon was very accomodating. I was greeted very politely by the receptionist and my stylist brought out a complimentary peppermint tea while I waited. My stylist, Jamie made the experience absolutely perfect. We had a short consultation and I really felt listened to. I showed them my inspo pictures for the type of balayage/colour I was after. Jamie was very open with meeting my expectations and she gave me a reasonable quote based on the amount of work I had completed. I really enjoyed that Jamie took her time prior to starting on my hair. She consulted another stylist to ensure she was executing my vision. She paid close attention to detail and took her time colouring my hair. I enjoyed the process as I had a moment to relax. Following the colouring, Jamie made sure to check in on me while my colour developed and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. Once the colour had developed, Jamie was open about the toning process and gave me options for how I wanted the end product to look. They were very transparent about the process which was very comforting. I really admired the by process and time that Jamie put in to make sure my curls came out looking their best. I got a curly haircut and my hair is sitting perfectly. It doesn't feel too heavy and has still maintained its thickness. I cannot recommend Jamie enough! She was incredibly thoughtful, kind and transparent throughout the whole process. My balayage and hair cut look incredible and I feel refreshed. Thank you so much for your amazing work Jamie!
