We have been very pleased with all services provided from the initial evaluation (Gavin) to the actual treatment of Mom our entire house outside and inside and the follow up visit very professional always very informative and very helpful. Michael did the termite treatment and then the follow up visit? He’s always very professional and takes the time to explain in detail the process.
Gavin is a wonderful employee. He did the original spray to get rid of the termites and did a wonderful job. I haven’t seen any termites since. He also was the one to inspect it. U r very lucky to have such a wonderful employee with Orkin. I wish my employees were as efficient as him. His customer service is on point as well. Very satisfied with Orkin and recommend u guys to everyone I know.
Ray was great, he confirmed my concerns and then explained what he would be doing both in and outside of the house. He also advised about other services that might be beneficial based on our discussion and my area. Clear, friendly and respectful
