Each person I interacted with was a pleasure! The owner Shane was on site every time I visited which says a lot about a company!! When I picked up my JEEP I was beyond happy!! My girl looked beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!! I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and someone thought I just bought a brand new JEEP!! The new paint was 😍 10000% satisfied!!
I chose Orlando's body shop in Mesa because I got a fabulous estimate from Mike. I took my Nissan frontier here at a reasonable time. I got it back and I was amazed of the work they did. I never give 5, cuz always room for improvement. However. Mike helped through the process with dealing with insurance. Rental car pick up and drop off. My car was cleaner than I left it and the parts were perfect. Definitely recommend only using Orlando.
I was incredibly impressed with the service at Orlando’s body shop in Mesa. The staff was friendly and explained every process thoroughly. I worked directly with Mike who is an amazing person and really cares about taking care of his customers. I feel confident in their work and will be working with them from now on. The best shop in the valley if I must say so!
