We chose Ortiz Body Shop because of the great reviews. Our plan was to compare three shops, but Ortiz was the first and only one we visited. The moment you walk in, the office is spotless. Right away, that told us how much pride they take in their work, if they care that much about the front office, you know they’ll be just as meticulous with your vehicle. Mr. Ortiz himself gave us a warm, honest impression. He’s professional, straightforward, and made us feel comfortable from the start. We left feeling confident about leaving our vehicle in his hands. The results speak for themselves, absolutely fabulous. We couldn’t be happier. So glad Ortiz was our first stop, because it ended up being our only stop. Highly recommend!
I will say I am not one to leave reviews but I do when it’s deserved! Had a few dents and paint scratches on my Barcelona Red Toyota Tacoma and man I am impressed!!! I was a bit nervous since I’ve had some not so good experiences in the past with personal owned business and seeing that my truck is this BRIGHT RED, was worried the paint job would look off and not original. I am so happy with the way it turned out! I would recommend Mr. Ortiz to anyone with collision and body work needs. Not only was the job done greatly and timely but the service was PHENOMENAL!!!! Very professional and proficient service.
My experience at Ortiz Body Shop was superb from beginning to end. Mr. Ortiz and his staff are professional, courteous and went above and beyond my expectations! I would 100% recommend Ortiz Body Shop for your car needs.
Edit: I was so happy with the service from Mr. Ortiz and his crew that I took my car back to them to be completely repainted (last picture) to match how brand new they made my fender/bumper look. Great communication and service as always. I had my car back before I knew it! You don’t just pay for work here, you pay for excellency. Mr. Ortiz and his crew really took care of my car when it was damaged. She looks brand new! They went above and beyond with the repairs and paid excellent attention to detail. Amazing customer service and communication! I will definitely be going back for any more repairs I need. :) Thank you!
