I visited Ottawa Blooms for the first time and the service was exceptional. The owner greeted me with hospitality, warmth and kindness. The bouquet I purchased was beautiful and handled with love and care. I'll definitely be back again. Thanks!
Cannot recommend this place enough! I have seen florists in Centretown charge absurd amounts of money for three sad little flowers and a leaf, so I did a lot of research before coming here. My budget was $50, I described my colour specifications, and the owner created an impossibly gorgeous bouquet: bird of paradise, yellow rose, sunflower, Gerbera daisies, beautiful shapes. The shop has such a comfortable air inside and out. I will never go anywhere else for flowers in Ottawa!
You simply can't go anywhere else after visiting Ottawa Blooms. Machico is the very embodiment of professionalism. I stopped by her store at the last minute to purchase some flowers, and in just a few minutes , with the few flowers she had left, she crafted the most beautiful bouquet with care and creativity. To top it all off, her cat liked me😊
Beautiful bouquet was made for me for my 24th anniversary. Couldn't ask for anything better. They looked great and smelled even better. My wife was pleasantly surprised. The service was pleasant and swift. I'll be going there for all my flower needs. I told her my price and she made to my liking. Great experience. Thanks.
5 Star experience, all around. I ordered an arrangement for a birthday, it was delivered promptly and with care. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous, and the kind lady that helped me is extremely talented. The love for the craft is clearly reflected in the end product.
