I am so disappointed that this is not a full service car wash anymore. It is so sad that I have to drive all the way to West Bloomington to get a full service. I think I will find another car wash to frequent going forward.
Not worth the money for interior detail! They got me in right away, which was nice, and they were very friendly. The car smelled like chemicals when they were done, the seats were soaking wet and there was LESS dirt, but still a fair amount of dirt. And the car wasn't crazy bad when they started. All the corners still had dirt, the seat crevices had sand bits. When they pulled my car out for me from the car wash the license plate was bent way forward on both sides like it had wings. When I pointed it out they just hand bent it back without any real acknowledgement. When I got home I discovered a bunch of stuff in the trunk the next day that is NOT mine. Putting things in the wrong car is pretty bad. $200 for there to still be dirt. I'm taking our other car somewhere else.
Full service isn’t actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don’t wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn’t even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn’t put back). I know I didn’t get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.
I’ve become a regular here since moving to south Minneapolis. I like it because it is on the way home for me. A few of the staff I see on a regular basis which is nice. The only thing I need to say is the new automated tire shine rollers installed earlier this year are not good. I called to let them know they need to adjust them and still nothing has been done or so it seems. I’ve changed my monthly package to one without tire shine. It’s a real pain driving 10 minutes home and it looks like I went through I bunch of mud due to all the tire shine being flung on the side of my car. I realize I am going to get this to a certain degree with it not being dry but when I use to go to the Apple Valley location all the time I didn’t have this issue. I am hoping someone from management sees this and takes the time to figure out and adjust the tire shine rollers at this location. It’s applying way too much. Specifically to the drivers side. See the photos for comparison of my drivers side to my passenger side after arriving home. Other than that staff here is always friendly/ nice and have no complaints.
Expensive for pretty bad quality. Bought the second highest package (aside from detailing). Was surprised they didn’t vacuum my trunk and my dash was still pretty dusty. I paid extra to have my rubber mats cleaned and those turned out okay. Overall would not recommend or repeat. Bummer.
