Good Luck finding someone to help you here... I waited in line for someone to come and unlock one of the coin displays, and not only did the workers let several people just straight up cut in front of me (definitely a Friends FIRST atmosphere) - but then the person who actually let me get into the case decided to buy the item I was wanting instead of letting me have a chance at it. I honestly thought it was a joke, or I was on camera somewhere, because I did not think they would have Customer Service THAT BAD. Here's the punchline - They DO have Customer Service THAT BAD! Never going back. UPDATE 12/08/2025: Actually had either the owner or someone from their store reply to my review. Which is good that they're paying attention to their public. Unfortunately doesn't change my 1 star review - more like strengthens it. While they are convinced that I am a RoBoT (Bee Boop Bee Boop 🤖), nor am I affiliated with some competitor - just an Avid Collector. Instead of looking inward, or reaching out to make amends or just apologize - their reaction is to lay blame and shame for their horrible customer service - Good Job! Take the critique, learn & adjust, and move on. It is unprofessional to throw a tantrum. Again, just re-enforces why I won't spend any money here ever again. And why I will never refer anyone here either.
What a great place to stop. Driving across Kansas to avoid snow hammering upper midwest and did a u-turn when i saw this place. So glad I did. Fiesta freakin jackpot!! We only had 1.5 hours so we kinda rushed through but still managed to find some great fiestaware and harley items. If over that way again we will definitely stop back in and take more time. I asked the store personnel if they ship and they said they do not so I collected booth numbers for those who had kitchen kraft and fiestaware that I am interested in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and they had public restrooms.
Will definitely go back, didn't get to go through but about half the building. Saw lots of cool glassware, China sets and interesting items I've not seen before and some I haven't seen since my childhood. My cousin bought the 2 purses pictured
This mall offers a fine selection of just about everything from antiques and collectibles to whimsicals and everything in-between. The aisles are certainly not laid out in a grid, so you can explore various corridors and wonder if you have seen it all or not. They do have a nice area to sit down and rest for a spell before continuing your journey.
