We were helped by Raegan and she provided tremendous costumer service. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and even removed links from a watch that was not purchased in store as a curtesy for our purchase! Would definitely shop here again!
I went to several jewelry stores searching for a Christmas gift for my mom this year. They were all insufferable. Could never finand anyone to help me with finding what I was looking for. UNTIL I walked into Paramount Jewelers. Gayle helped me look at several items and I was able to select the items I loved and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The BEST customer service as well as the best selection and prices. Thank you Gayle!
I recently got married a year ago and haven’t found the perfect ring. My husband and I decided to go to paramount jewelers just to look around. When we met Reagan she helped me look at all the different rings. It was quite overwhelming but she was patient and took the time to show me them and she made sure I actually liked what she was showing. She was so sweet and had awesome customer service. Needless to say I found the perfect ring!!! It was all thanks to her she knows her stuff and educated us on the ring we bought. She made sure we had no questions. I really think she deserves a raise she was the best!!! I definitely will continue shopping here because of her. My next jewelry purchase will definitely be here!
Reagan the assistant manager was so awesome! She has very good customer service she able to help me find a watch that I love so much. I learned that she is very knowledgeable and she taught me new things about watches which made it easier to buy the one i wanted. Also I got the best prices since I've been shopping at this store. Thank you Cristina the store manager and Reagen the assistant manager. Pleasure doing business with you guys ❤️
