Charged me $40 to send via FedEx for a USPS flat rate box that should $16.95 for 2 days. When I tried to have the double check, they told me USPS changed how they do those boxes (as a USPS agent), but that wasn't true. Thanks for overcharging, lying about it, and the bad taste in the mouth. Won't be going back. There was no line, so that's worth a star.
Eric is fantastic, I can’t recommend Parcel Plus at this location enough. He went above and beyond and Tabitha is also an excellent service provider. 5 stars!!
