Dave at Parker & Sons was AMAZING!! we had several mom and Pop plumbers. Come out to tell us what was wrong and charges for different jobs and still the job did not get fixed. When contacting Parker & Sons I figured it was best to get a corporate bigger company out to give me their opinion and price. Yes, It was not a cheap repair but at this point, whatever it took to get it fixed was important. Dave took his time did everything very neat was absolutely cleaned and explained every step every detail. I would definitely call and schedule with Parker & Sons again and my request will always be Dave!! Dave is a soul sent from heaven!!
Parker and Sons arrived within an hour on a Friday evening a day after Christmas. The technician, Elijah, quickly diagnosed our problem. He walked me through what was wrong and scheduled us for a new panel installation. He was up front with us about pricing and what to expect as it was a pricey repair. Ultimately, when the day came for the new panel installation we paid less than what we were originally given for a quote. Thank you, Elijah, Brandon, and Parker and Sons for helping us so promptly with great service and a quality installation. These type things never happen at a good time and you made it easier considering the circumstances of the holiday weekend.
Appt was easy, communication was appropriate, work was done quickly after a quick trip to the supply house. Levi, our service plumber, was great. He was timely and cleaned up the area as if he hadn't been there. I do think we paid an excessive amount of money for the service, but I agreed to it. I would recommend Parker and sons, just not sure if there is some premium pricing for the time of year. Thank you!!!
We called to have Parker & Sons repair the shower system installed with our bathroom remodel. They were able to see us the same day with only a 2 hour window. Alayna Chavez Was sent and listened patiently to the issue we were experiencing. She explained the options, called the manufacturer, removed all of our shower and vanity items to protect from dust, Carefully cut through the tile and cement board, and there it was plumbed incorrectly ! Alayna correctly re plumbed the valve with professional fittings, turned the water back on to confirm the repair and that the shower now does work properly. Sealed up the exposed wall where the tile was removed. Alayna left our bathroom cleaner than when she arrived. A complete professional.. knowledgeable efficient and a darn good plumber. We should have called Parker & Sons to do the plumbing in the first place as they are now our first call.
Had an amazing experience with our whole house Ecowater & reverse osmosis system. Just purchased a new build in Goodyear. As we were leaving the Costco in Surprise we stopped & spoke Irene (rep for Parker & Sons). We called her as soon as our house closed this past Wednesday. She scheduled an appt. For today Friday 9.26.25. We were very impressed with Jeff the sales rep. He is just a matter of fact and very knowledgeable of the Ecowater system. I had a lot of questions that were answered professionally. No high pressure sales just gave us information & the confidence that we were with the right team. Buying through Costco even more sealed the deal. The last question was how far are you out for installation? Parker is a very large company & he made a call to dispatch and Manuel (service technician was here @ 12 noon & 2 hours later done) Manuel did a great job and is friendly & very knowledgeable & professional in his field. This was an over all a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Parker & Sons for your plumbing needs.
