This place is amazing. Great customer service. The therapist is really personable. He definitely knows his stuff and have a passion for this. Very knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. Ian Folsom runs a very welcoming clinic, with knowledgeable and attentive staff. I'm hoping to avoid knee replacement surgery, and it is doing much better under his care. Highly recommended.
I had a very comfortable experience with my physical therapist (Ian) who is also the owner of this clinic. He was very thorough in conducting my initial appointment, asked follow-up questions, listened, and spent time adjusting the equipment to ensure he gets accurate initial measurements of my left shoulder and arm. Ian, along with his assistants, Steph, and Christina are such a great team; they provided attentive care in a very warmth, clean, private, and boutique-like clinic. Most of the time, I do what they told me to do without asking questions because I trusted them and the quick progress that I experienced. Christina and Steph were very supportive, patient, and encouraging. I appreciated they took the time to demonstrate each new exercises to help me increase flexibility, regain strength, and reduce pain. I had a positive experience and achieved my treatment goals. I am now back to using my left arm and moving my left shoulder normally. Parkway Physical Therapy is where I would refer my family and friends if they need treatment. I am happy with the services that I received, and I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
Parkway Physical Therapy provided excellent care from start to finish. The team was friendly, attentive, and made sure each session was productive. The exercises were well-structured and really helped my recovery. I’m very satisfied with my experience!
Don’t be fooled by the comfortable, friendly, almost “homelike” atmosphere at Parkway Physical Therapy. Owner and sole practitioner, Ian Folsom, is highly competent and thoroughly professional. His approach is not the least bit “cookie cutter”. Care plans are Individualized and designed Specifically to meet patient needs. His staff, while small, is delightful! When I arrived at the practice a few months ago, I was completely dependent on a walker, stooped over, wobbly, and shuffling. While I still need to use a walker, I walk with a straight back and just a little effort. We continue to work on strength, balance, and endurance, Folks see improvement every day. I have hope! Can’t recommend them highly enough.
