I’ve visited a dozen different Parrys Pizzas, but this one consistently stands out as my favorite. The food is always fresh, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is fantastic for watching the best games. Today, Maddie went above and beyond to take care of my mom and me. She was incredibly attentive and friendly.
Perry's Pizzeria is a great place to have lunch or dinner. We dined on the patio area. This is a great location located right on the corner easy to find with ample parking. The staff was helpful.
EDIT in response to feedback: Why do I need to reach out and contact you AGAIN to get our refund? I already have 2 times on the phone and 1 time IN PERSON, and each time you said it was going to be done THAT DAY. You already have the info from 3 different employees. That's absolutely rediculous. Like I said, TERRIBLE customer service. OG post: Ordered a pizza (11-14) for delivery and it arrived cold, dry, burnt and looked like it was 2 days old. How cold someone working have taken it out of the oven, said "this is fine", cut it, boxed it and then sent it out like it was nothing?? We instantly called when it arrived and they said they would issue a refund and they said it should clear after 24-48 hours. Well, it didn't. So we called again, and they said "sorry, not sure why it didn't get processed, it will be available in 24-48 hours." We thought maybe it was just our bank, so we waited 7 days this time. Still nothing. So I went in personally this past Monday (12-1) and talked to a Reuben who said he was a manager. He said he had to run it by a higher up and it should be applied by yesterday 12-2. In any case, he said he will call me and let me know it was done 12-2. Now it's the evening of 12-3 - No call, no text, STILL nothing. This is absolutely rediculous. We have eaten here several times in the past and this will be the last. Terrible customer service. 100% would not recommend. Awful company.
We are from Houston TX came to have lunch before heading home. The food was delicious hot and good. Our waitress Addison was most attentive and severed us with a smile. The floor manager Ruben stopped by to say hi and see if we needed anything.. Also another young man I believe he was the kitchen manager Ian came to ask if our food was to our pleasing. Would highly recommend this place will most definitely come back on our next visit to San Antonio 😀
Very pleased! The wait staff was so helpful and the manager on duty came out to tell us that there was a mistake with the pizza and they were remaining it! We ordered the Mexican yankee pizza!! Highly recommended!! To be honest we went to watch Billy Madison live! We were hungry and no tables.. we were looking for a place and well here we are!! So pleased!! Keep up the good work! We will be back with family and friends
