Teresa is worth the money! She coached confidence into me with concrete answers to questions I didn’t realize I had. I got constructive feedback on my resume and guidance for my LinkedIn profile and cover letters. Because of her specific direction on interview prep and in a mock interview, I have an effective personal playbook from which to draw. It’s motivating and powerful to frame your career achievements in this way. If you’re unconvinced about working with a job search coach, as I was before working with Teresa. Working with Teresa was a real game-changer. I needed someone who could provide action-able resources and tools that could help me make a fairly major career pivot. And when combined with in-person sessions with Teresa, it's an incredibly helpful set of tools, since she provides a ton of great, real-time feedback and support that's flexible to your situation.
