Had to put together a last minute party and they were more then helpful! They helped me get everything I needed, including a few things I would have forgotten. Delivery crew was polite and timely on drop off and pick up. Will be using them again!
Fantastic service from start to Finish. Chairs ,tables ,linen ,napkins plates flute glasses, wine glasses Prompt pick up and delivery Well done I have used them twice in last 4 months 60 guests and 30 guests
If I could do 3.5 stars I would. in all honesty they are okay... but dealing with them felt lazy and like they thought they were doing me a favour. I ordered dinnerware and linens for my wedding. The booking process was good and easy. On the week of the wedding I asked when they were going to arrive with the delivery and they said they wouldn't know until the morning of. So I emailed again and never received any response. They just dropped the delivery and didn't say anything. I didn't know the dishes were even there until hours later. An email update to let me know they were out for delivery and a call on arrival would have been nice... There were items missing in the delivery but when I mentioned this, they didn't even apologize, they just sent me a new invoice. The dishes were lovely, but communication is poor. a few items were missing when I sent them back, which is common for a wedding and I understand. But the fee they charge for replacing them is a bit wild. I'm talking $20 for a fork... No offence guys, but won't be rushing to use them again.
I absolutely can’t say enough wonderful things about Pat’s Party Rentals! With Paul’s advice & expertise, and the use of his beer tubs & fridge, bar & cocktail tables, screen & lighting, etc., we were able to turn a quaint country hall into a super fun “nightclub” and throw my husband a fabulous surprise birthday party that I haven’t stopped getting compliments about. Thank you to Paul and his staff/family for helping us to make cherished memories that will never be forgotten!
We used Pats Party Rental for Canada's Largest Two-Day biohacking Expo in Burlington Ont. They provided us with piping, draping, for vendor booths. They dropped off, showed us how to assemble, and picked up once the event was complete. Very happy with the quality of the products. Will repeat business with them 100%
