Fantastic experience! My family has always gotten our high-end jewelry from Paul’s and loved every piece. They have a short turnaround on repairs and resizing, and an even shorter immediate turnaround with quick repairs. I look forward to continuing the family tradition of supporting our local jewelers, especially when they make it so easy to do so.
An acquaintance recommended Paul’s Jewelry Designs when I mentioned I was looking to make a pendant necklace from an old piece of jewelry, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From my first visit to the store to the design process and the final product, David and the other staff who assisted me were all incredibly helpful, and my necklace is perfect! They also assisted with resizing a bracelet for me at no additional cost, which I truly appreciated. Between their wonderful customer service and craftsmanship, I certainly plan to work with them again in the future.
The staff at Paul's Jewelry go above and beyond and care about the quality of their craftsmanship and their customer service. Over the years, every piece of jewelry that I have had them recreate has turned out absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend Paul's Jewelry Design.
I brought some broken family jewelry in to see if Paul could use to create a ring for my husband. He immediately drew up a rough sketch of his idea and had a rendering over to me in less than a day. His idea to inlay my broken rings into a new ring was genius and it couldn’t have turned out better. The turn around time wasn’t very long and the ring when done was more beautiful and perfect than I could have ever expected. This is the second custom ring I’ve had Paul Custom Jewelry create and they have not disappointed! Highly recommend!
I cannot thank every single staff member of Paul’s for the 5 star experience I have had there. I’ve had my beloved late mothers diamond ring since she passed 8 years ago and brought it to Pauls and they designed my current diamond ring from my husband and integrated my mothers diamond into it. The final product was absolutely stunning and breathtaking
