I just have to make a review about this place! Outstanding, caring, loving and most wonderful staff I have ever met! My dog Leo absolutely lovesssssss this place so much! When he’s boarded he gets to play with all the other dogs and staff, I think very highly of this boarding place and recommend anyone who needs someone to watch their pet go here!!!!! That as well have daycare such a great pricing as well! For a bath and nails it’s cheaper than 30 dollars and the guy at my work pays 165.00 for a bath and nail trim! Outrageous! Please check out Pawz Inn in Madison heights!!!! One word…..Amazing!!!! Thanks Pawz inn Leo will be back very very soon!!!!
This last weekend we switched to Pawz Inn because our usual place was all booked, and we are so glad we did! From the second we walked in, the staff was super welcoming, friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about the dogs. Love the fact that they give out personalized report cards and made the entire process of singing up/ booking very easy, even at the last second. We will be switching permanently to Pawz Inn, thank you!!
I would 100% recommend Pawz Inn to anyone looking for boarding, daycare or grooming services for their fur babies. Duke and Maggie go to daycare a couple of days a week and are always beyond excited to go. The entire staff is helpful, friendly and make you and your pets feel like family. I know without a doubt my babies are well taken care of and enjoy their time socializing and playing. They offer themed treat days throughout the month you can sign up for to make your pups day extra special. They also have discounted service days like $5 off a bath which we have taken advantage of in the past. They really do go above and beyond! Truth be told, I work from home and my dogs could very well stay home with me all day but they need and crave the playtime and interaction they get at Pawz Inn. It is so good for their mental and physical health. Thank you, Pawz Inn for everything!
We LOVE Pawz in and all if the workers. Our dog Luna could make a commercial for this boarding house she tries to jump out the 3 inch gap in the window when we pull up. They LOVE their pet friends, and take beyond #1 service for them. Luna got a uti when she was there and they noticed her urine was discolored, and we were able to coordinate getting her a script with the vet because we were still out of state for 5 more days when it happened. Sometimes we plan trips just so we can let Luna go have fun with her friends at the kennel. They always try to snap pictures for us too which is great!
I Have had my dogs here quite a few times. The staff amazed me though this time because of all the places I’ve taken my Husky for grooming, she has been a typical husky with a somewhat dramatic attitude with nail trimming. The fact they could do it no qualms simply means they have what it takes to get the job done! They did an amazing job with my girl as well as my mother’s cat. They have an app that makes it easy to make boarding reservations ,upload vaccine records edit contact information for just in case you need to swap out a person for pick up etc. They posted pictures on their Facebook page of my fur baby and if I had any questions, they were incredibly prompt at answering back. Although the pictures are wonderful and I know they’re in good hands, I still wish they had cameras so we can check in on our babies. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
