PSU got fried, along with my motherboard. helped me to learn what was wrong, get it back up and running, AND decently fast! this guy is THE guy for your pc repair needs!! (also taught me how to update drivers, etc so i don’t need to return to him as often!)
Nick did a terrific job replacing my entire keyboard after a key broke and some others started to stick. Most computer shops wouldn't fix keyboards, but Nick was glad to do it right away. He ordered the specific part I needed and had it fixed in no time, good as new. Whenever I need repairs like this again, I will be calling Nick at PC Build and Revive!
This review is on the longer side but I promise it is worth reading. Nick is without a doubt the best PC specialist to go to in Pittsburgh (PC Build and Revive). Whether it's repairing a laptop or fully upgrading a desktop, Nick can do it all. On our very first call, he walked me through the most cost-effective parts to purchase and gave me a high level explanation of how each component would complement the others. Right away you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about computers (to a level I've never seen before). I shipped him my PC and he began working on it immediately. What stood out to me most was his consistent communication, he kept me updated at every step and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. Here are the main reasons why I would rate Nick more than 5 stars if I could: 1. Communication – Always open, clear, and respectful. 2. Expertise – From immaculate cable management to optimizing system performance, his work is exceptional. 3. Price transparency – Fair, reasonable pricing that reflects the quality and efficiency of his work. 4. Post-service support – He does not just finish the job and disappear; he ensures your system runs smoothly and that you are comfortable with every detail. Nick is the rare kind of professional who combines technical mastery with honesty and care for his clients. If you are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and trustworthy to handle your PC needs, Nick is the one.
This is by far the best option in the area. Nick is professional and very good with feedback. He had my PC built in 3 hours from when all my parts arrived. Would hire him again for any PC repairs or PC build.
Nick was wonderful! We had him upgrade and rebuild my son's gaming PC. Very knowledgeable about what upgrades we needed and didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. Best tech support ever! Will definitely work with Nick again on additional upgrades and anything we need help with on the computer❤️.
