Can’t recommend PCT Gym enough. I trained here for 10 weeks for my boxing match at UWE Fight Night and honestly loved every minute of it. The training was tough but really enjoyable, and the atmosphere in the gym is amazing – everyone is supportive and pushes you to be your best. Paul is an unreal coach. He’s supportive, motivating, and genuinely cares about everyone he trains. He made the whole journey so enjoyable and helped build my confidence and skill in such a short space of time. I’m really grateful for the experience and the people I met along the way. If you’re thinking about starting boxing or want a proper gym with great coaching and community, I couldn’t recommend PCT Gym more.
Amazing time at PCT gym, training for Bristol Fight night! Paul is an amazing coach who pushes and motivates you to do well, and to keep going. The discipline is something else. I loved every session! Thanks Paul 🙏🏼 110% recommend!
Cannot recommend PCT Gym enough! Coaches are friendly and always supportive and the gym is very well equipped. Well worth the membership fee with the volume of training they have to offer :)
I highly recommend PCT gym!! Paul is an excellent, experienced coach who will push to get the best out of you. No messing! My fitness level and MT technique have improved loads. The facilities are great, with plenty of classes each week in different disciplines, gym and sauna too. It's really well looked after, clean, tidy & loads of kit. As a woman it can feel intimidating to train in a male dominated sport, but that is not an issue at PCT - always made to feel welcome, and have met the loveliest group of women training there too. Great for all levels of experience and all ages. Thank you, Paul, for providing such a great space 🙏🏼
Before I joined this gym I was a weak 15 year old gamer who got made fun of , now this is no longer the case. 1. Everyone is sound and there is no judgement or ego. 2. This gym will actually teach you how to fight effectively and actually test your ability if you choose to fight.(you don’t have to you can just train to be a mortal combat character) 3. Training here gave me self confidence, mental strength and I have met loads of inspiring nice people aswell as acquiring abs and biceps and all that. 4. The head coach Paul is still and absolute beast at mid 40s and has a militant style of teaching which is very effective, he will be honest with you which is rare. Then you got Jamie who is an active pro fighter who is like a Viking in the matrix that will teach you some awesome stuff. You also got Dan who’s a massive heavy weight monster who’s actually really nice and will teach you how to break ribs if needed. And then you got some young fighters teaching aswell so there is a big mix of styles and moves to learn. Basically just go to this gym ladies and gentlemen.
