The description says “fine furniture”, it is not. It reminds me of store or shop you would find Big T Bazaar or TMart. They have furniture manufacturers magazines out so maybe this is why there’s an “outlet” in the name of the store! The store wasn’t for me, it’s small and they were assembling a bed in the store and i literally had to step in over the bed to get out of their way. Again, the store wasn’t not my style or taste, but if you’re on a budget and need something quick this is the place for you.
The staff here were so nice and very helfull. They made the whole process quick and easy, and helped us find exactly what we needed. The mattresses are really beautiful and comfortable. Great experience overall, me and my family highly recommend jes !
Be aware that the appointment time you schedule isn’t guaranteed. In my case, I arranged for delivery while I was at work, with my mom available at home to receive and assemble the furniture. Jess, the associate who helped me, overheard me explaining this and agreed that my mom could be there instead on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery call since I was unable to use my phone at work. Because of that, my delivery time was pushed back from 12 PM to 6 PM, which was very inconvenient. Jess never communicated that I needed to personally answer the driver’s call, especially since my mom was the one waiting at home. On top of that, the late reschedule was difficult for me since I had to be at work early the next morning. Overall, the lack of clear communication caused unnecessary frustration, and I wish the process had been explained more thoroughly ahead of time.
I had a fantastic experience at Pearl Furniture Outlet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the shopping process easy and enjoyable. They have a great selection of high-quality furniture, and I found the perfect sofa at a very fair price. The delivery was also quick and professional. I highly recommend them!
I just love Pearl Furniture Outlet. I have been following them for 4 years now.. I love their furniture! I live in Midland TX. I did not even have to come to Arlington. I knew what I wanted and everything was done electronically. Then the delivery guy was awesome. He was very professional, kept my home clean while setting up and took is time. I’m so impressed! Then the manager made sure I was taken care of from beginning to the end! I will continue to shop with Pearl. Little by little I’m upgrading everything.
