I had a great experience buying my Velotric Discover 2 from this shop. Max helped me throughout the entire process and was fantastic to work with. He had to order my bike and accessories, and everything showed up much faster than I expected. Communication was excellent the whole time. They honored the Black Friday deal that was listed online, assembled the bike, and took the time to help me get all the accessories set up properly. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I also purchased their maintenance and service plan, which includes four full services over two years (two per year), and that added a lot of peace of mind. Highly recommend purchasing your e-bike from this shop — you won’t be disappointed.
Took my Hiboy scooter here for tire replacement. I was welcomed with a very warm hello, followed by enthusiasm to assist. Service was done on a timely matter. Def recommend this gem in Depe Ellum. Will be back. Keep up the awesome work.
2 hour 19 mile stunning Santa Fe Trail bike ride from Deep Elm Dallas all around White Rock Lake with a Pedego bike is a dream! The owner & tour guides are so pleasant. They have been living here for decades & very knowledgeable about all the history. I can’t wait to try their downtown taco tour next!! I highly recommend a private or group tour here.
Just bought two e-bikes that are foldable and fit in the back of our Subaru! Max was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Excellent place and great customer service! BK is awesome! My wife and I came to this store because it does ebike rentals by the hour and it’s conveniently located near the path to White Rock lake. Also, huge shoutout to BK. My wife was very hesitant to ride a bike because she didn’t do much bike riding as a kid, but BK is so kind and engaging that she was able to convince my wife to give it a few tries. My wife ended up absolutely loving it. Thank you! We had a great time today.
